Do I need a referral?
You can book a private chiropractic appointment without a GP referral. If you’re using a Medicare care plan or another funded arrangement, contact our team about the paperwork you’ll need.
Will I need X-rays?
Not everyone needs imaging. Your chiropractor will discuss whether it’s clinically appropriate after taking your history and assessing you.
Do I have to commit to a treatment plan?
No. We don’t require prepaid long-term treatment plans. We’ll explain our recommendations, discuss your progress and involve you in decisions about your care.
Can I use my private health insurance?
HICAPS is available for eligible on-the-spot private health claims. Your rebate depends on your policy. Bring your health fund card and check your chiropractic cover with your insurer.
